I grew up in Gilgit, a small city in northern Pakistan. I studied Computer Science at Karakoram International University and started freelancing remotely in 2014.
The first jobs were frontend tasks at $12/hr. Over time the work moved into full-stack products, backend systems, architecture, and now AI workflows. The scope changed from "finish this ticket" to "own the system and ship the outcome."
